train the indigenous people in their own land so they can assist in their own healthcare. use the existing healthcare providers to assist with the training. train them in their own communities. provide a specific basic level of medical equipment to all the communities of aboriginal health care; such as laboratory pathological analysis, xray and ultrasound, nurse practitioner and doctor on call. 0  out of 1 found this valuable.
