When I first heard about the Summit, I thought that the biggest untapped resource for good ideas was the public. 21 million heads are better than 1000, and we now have the technology to facilitate that discussion. I'm not a computer programmer, a previous blogger, a techie, or anything like that. I got my degree in public policy, and through a number of civic minded TV projects (see www.youtube/jimrettew), I've been trying to not just make a living, but make a difference. By day, I work in a PR firm in town, but this has nothing to do with that. This is all about substance, not spin.

This project is free, but if you'd like to make a contribution, you can donate to my Gridiron team here (and see them in action here). I'm the coach, and we're playing Australia's version of the Super Bowl (and we have to pay for practice fields, travel, uniforms, yada, yada, yada.)
